We have signed a joint venture agreement with Haneta Ranch in Kagoshima (Japan), who is known as the top breeder with 30 champion Wagyu cattle. Among their sire of bulls, their grand champion cattle is known as "Takanokuni." The DNA of this cattle assures its offspring will be able to produce the same top quality, prized marbled beef: this is the "Takanokuni Brand."
Vintage Cave Club will be able to exclusively use the "Takanokuni Brand" for the "Japan Wagyu Prix Fixe" menu (10-12 courses), which we believe is the best Wagyu cuisine of its kind in the world.
